Your cargo will be delivered to you within 1-3 business days from the date of departure. This process may vary depending on your region. It reaches 80% of Turkey in 1 business day.

If your cargo has arrived when you are not home, you can receive it from the branch within 3 days. Your cargo will be returned to us on the 3rd day.

It is our responsibility if your product arrives damaged. Open the cargo next to the cargo officer and make a report to the cargo officer. In case of damaged cargo, all costs of the product to be returned belong to us.
