Can I exchange a product?

What are the return conditions?

- If the invoice of the product is corporate, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the institution for the return process, without including the cargo share, issued as 'Product Unit Price + VAT'. Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of institutions cannot be received unless a return invoice is issued. The return form on the back of the invoice must be filled out by making a photocopy.
- The customer is obliged to return the product as it was when it was delivered to her/him, and in case of use, to compensate the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.
- If one of the promotional or campaigned products is returned, the promotional conditions are eliminated. Non-promotional price is applied for non-refundable product.
- In case the customer returns the product or withdraws from the purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) business days from the time the returned product reaches us.
- After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and approved for its return. This process takes an average of ten (10) business days.
- When a product is returned for which shipping has been paid, only the amount written on the invoice of the product is refunded. Shipping fee is not refundable.
- The review period of the products you send to our company for review is 20 working days.
